Barhee

The Barhee or Barhi date is a premium variety of date palm known for its exceptional sweetness and rich, caramel-like flavor when fresh (in its yellow, crunchy stage). Originating from Iraq, it is one of the few varieties that are delicious when eaten fresh. The fruit is small to medium in size with firm flesh and a golden-yellow color that turns amber and soft as it ripens.
